You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. SHIPPING RATES We offer FREE shipping on all orders to Canada. DELIVERY TIMES Canada: 5-10 business days (estimated from date of shipment) Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. TRACKING Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS We currently ship to Canada only. We do not ship to PO Boxes. ORDER ISSUES If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed (beyond 20 business days), please contact us at hello@vesca.co.
