RETURNS You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return: - The item must be unused or gently used - The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable) - You must provide your order number To start a return, email us at hello@vesca.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE All Vesca products come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund. No interrogation, no fine print. EXCHANGES We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@vesca.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
